Policy for exchange/return of products purchased on KANEBO Online Store – shop.kanebo.co.th
We sincerely hope that you will be satisfied with all your purchases. However, if you need further assistance. can be contacted at customerservice@th-kanebo.com Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except Saturday and Sunday. or public holidays Please note that the conditions for returning or exchanging products will be subject to the terms and conditions of the company.

For products that are damaged from transportation or delivered incorrectly. You can contact Kanebo customer service. To make a request for a replacement with a picture of the product damaged during transportation or wrongly delivered within 7 (seven) working days after signing for the product. (If after the said date and time, the company reserves the right not to accept the product exchange) and must deliver the product back to Kanebo within 15 (fifteen) working days after completing the exchange form filling out the form. Kanebo will ship a new product with the return shipping fee after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
